Supplements to take: 

Oreganol Cream (topical): apply sparingly twice daily
Oregacyn Respiratory Health: one or two capsules twice daily with food or juice
Pumpkinol (crude pumpkinseed oil): two tablespoons twice daily

 
Optional: 

Skin Clenz: multiple herb/spice oil: rub on face at night and leave until morning
Royal Kick (premium grade royal jelly, Acerola, B-5): four capsules in the morning

Protocol length: Sixty days minimum

After protocol instructions: stay on maintenance of one capsule of Oregacyn every
day or every other day, along with a tablespoon of Pumpkinol daily. 

Special instructions: use the Pumpkinol on salads or in salad dressings 

Foods to eat: apricots 

Foods to avoid: chocolate, refined sugar, caffeinated drinks, hot chocolate, deep fried foods, sweets of all types, soda pop
