CA_Bankruptcy_Case_IndyMac_Did_Not_Own_Originals_They_Produced
This is the bankruptcy case Bruce found in which IndyMac was attempting to get releif of stay so they could proceed with their foreclosure. The judge ordered them to produce original documents, which they did, but ended up having to admit they didn’t own them. This is proof that banks can produce originals and still not own them. Evidence.

This is the letter Bruce got from the FDIC confirming OneWest Bank has been lying about ownership. It contains a screen shot from OneWest’s own computer system clearly showing Freddie Mac owns the note, not OneWest.
NOTE: This is from OneWest’s own computer files – THEY KNEW all along they did not OWN THE Mortgage Note they were foreclosing on!
