TPH Recipes 

 


 
Better than Butter/Cheese Spread

Start with a half cup of coconut mayonnaise to get the flavor you like best.
Add 1/2 t of Organic Italian seasoning (TPH) or Herbes de Provence (TPH) Himalayan salt to taste red wine vinegar to taste Organic garlic powder (TPH) 1/2 t. or to taste 2T.
Braggs Nutritional yeast (I like more) You may thin with water or rice milk if desired

Use as you would a butter spread or cheese spread. We used thin multigrain tortillas with sprouts, raw red peppers, onions, raw spinach or any other raw veggies. Roll up and
