"The Metabolism Blaster" (Master Blaster)

 

Combine in a blender:
1 tomato
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup cilantro
3T. lime juice
cayenne to taste (usually 1/8 t)
1T. hemp (olive or coconut) oil
1/4 t. garlic powder (or one clove)
1T. onion
1T. apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
Blenderize and drink.

NOTE FROM JOYCE: I like to have this in the morning after my Barley Green. Dave doesn't like it with so much lime but I can even use more lime. Use organic and fresh whenever possible. You can use just parsley or only cilantro.
